Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
– The item must be “unused, unworn, and in its original condition” with all tags attached.
– The item must be returned in its original packaging.
– Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

– Sale or clearance items
– Gift cards
– Custom or personalized items
– Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Shipping Costs:

– Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need an exchange, please contact us at sales@unkrownedroyalty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@unkrownedroyalty.com within “7 days” of receiving your order. Please include:

– Your order number
– Photos of the damaged/incorrect item

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at sales@unkrownedroyalty.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return approval and further instructions.
3. Ship your item back to the address provided.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
